Job summary

TDS Telecom invites applications for a Sr Specialist - Project Coordinator to coordinate network installation and upgrade projects across multiple Wisconsin locations. The role focuses on scheduling, tracking, and execution with low to moderate risk, providing clear project direction to internal teams and third parties.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience, 3+ years in telecom or construction, and at least 1 year in project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience.
• 3+ years of telecommunications or commercial construction experience.
• 1+ year of project leadership experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination support for a geographic area and project management of assigned network projects using project management tools and plans.
• Maintain project plans throughout the life cycle to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery and quality audits/inspections.
• Produce detailed project/portfolio reports and monitor capital budget expenditures; ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
