Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Sr Specialist - Project Coordinator to coordinate a portfolio of network installation and upgrade projects across Wisconsin. You will manage scheduling, tracking, and execution while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners, you will monitor budgets, timelines, and quality, generate reports, and support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Remote work is possible, with preference for Wisconsin-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years of professional work experience).
• 3+ years of telecommunications or commercial construction experience.
• 1+ year of project leadership experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination support for a geographic area and project management of assigned network projects.
• Maintain plans throughout the life cycle and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within scope.
• Provide regular project reporting and support Sarbanes-Oxley processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party resources to deliver milestones.
• Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and closure of projects.
• Keep up with installation procedures and regulatory changes to support planning.
