Job summary

TDS Telecom seeks a Sr/ Specialist - Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage a portfolio of network installation and upgrade projects in a designated area. You will track schedules, budgets, and progress, coordinating with internal teams and third-party partners to meet milestones.

The role supports remote work with preference for candidates based in Wisconsin to assist in-market needs and may require up to 10% travel. Salary range is posted and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years of experience).
• 3+ years of telecommunications or commercial construction experience.
• 1+ year of project leadership experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project plans, schedules, and resources for a geographic area.
• Monitor budget, timelines, and progress; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide regular reporting from planning tools and SAP as needed.
• Ensure closure of projects including budget, invoices, contracts, and retirement of units.
