Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Data Management, Technology, or a related field is required.
• 4 years’ experience in a law firm, professional services environment, legislative setting, federal agency, or corporate legal department, with substantial exposure to telecommunications, regulatory, or technology-related matters.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Harvey, Microsoft Copilot) in a professional setting; strong information architecture and knowledge management skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, catalog, and maintain large telecom regulatory and commercial survey materials across jurisdictions.
• Design, build, and improve AI-assisted databases and knowledge management systems.
• Develop and maintain taxonomies, tagging systems, and information architectures for multi-jurisdictional work.
• Use AI tools to analyze materials, generate insights, and create clear, actionable summaries and reports.
• Identify and implement automated workflows to streamline research and document management.
