Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience at AmLaw 100/top-tier firm.
• Experience across regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters; mix encouraged.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical skills, and polished work product.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and emerging tech; prior AI exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk.
• Monitor AI law developments and translate them into guidance.
• Support AI-related corporate transactions, including due diligence and drafting.
• Develop expertise and support deal teams across the firm.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Support discovery, depositions, and case strategy across matters.
• Build strong client relationships across AI, litigation, and corporate teams.
