Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Specialist for the Telecom Practice Group, partnering with attorneys to organize complex regulatory materials worldwide. You will design AI-assisted databases, improve information architecture, and automate workflows using Harvey, Copilot, and Microsoft 365.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a law firm or professional services setting with telecom/regulatory exposure and hold a Bachelor’s degree in information science; a Master’s in information science/data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information science or related field is required.
Master’s degree in information science/data analytics is preferred.
Minimum 4 years in a law firm or professional services with telecom/regulatory exposure.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain large telecom regulatory materials from multiple jurisdictions.
Design and manage AI-assisted databases and knowledge systems for attorneys.
Develop taxonomies, tagging systems, and information architectures.
Use Harvey and Copilot to synthesize complex information into summaries and reports.
Create automated workflows with AI and Microsoft 365 tools for efficiency.
Prepare reports and multi-jurisdictional surveys for the practice group.
