Job summary

Alta Fiber in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate customer implementations from contract phase through project delivery and first billing, handling medium to complex scope.

You will use project schedules, risk analyses, and budgeting tools, lead cross-functional teams, publish status reports, and drive customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification strongly preferred and Six Sigma training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five+ years Telco/IT project management with supervisory experience.
• Five+ years managing technology/telephony projects.
• Experience coordinating with customer's technical, business, operational and financial staff.
• Experience directing hardware, software and vendor teams, including communications vendors.
• Five+ years PM experience delivering technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to manage implementations from contract through delivery and first billing.
• Lead project activities and teams; publish risk analyses as appropriate.
• Construct and publish program reports for budget and expenditures.
• Conduct and lead project team meetings; publish logs and minutes.
• Perform administrative duties and other duties as required.
