Job summary

Telamon is seeking an Installer IV to independently execute complex field activities related to installing, maintaining, and servicing telecommunications equipment. This experienced professional guides less experienced installers and ensures adherence to safety practices and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers and project managers, leading installation teams, and preparing procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Electronics training from a technical trade school or military.
• Minimum 6 years of field service or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and integrate telecommunications equipment such as switches, routers, fiber optics, and power systems in central office environments.
• Mount racks, frames, and shelves; ensure equipment is securely installed.
• Perform cable installation, termination, labeling, and lacing according to industry standards.
