Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Technical Trainer (Telecom/Data Center) to lead high-volume technical instruction for adult learners in a corporate university setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on labs, practical exercises, and program-based training delivery. The Senior Trainer will mentor Associate Trainers, collaborate with leadership, and help drive training excellence while supporting deployment of next-generation telecom and data center technologies.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of field industry experience in structured cabling, preferably fiber.
• Experience in telecom, low voltage, network infrastructure, or data center environments.
• Industry certifications such as BICSI preferred.
• Experience delivering training and mentoring technicians or field teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and technical training programs for employees.
• Deliver instructor-led training, hands-on labs, assessments and exercises.
• Provide remediation and learner support to ensure training success.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders on training initiatives.
• Track training data and maintain accurate reporting.
• Document performance and training outcomes.
• Test and provide feedback on training materials.
• Prepare training facilities and equipment; manage classroom setup.
• Stay current on data center infrastructure tools and best practices.
• Coordinate schedules, enrollment and training logistics.
• Support development of new training materials and programs.
• Coach and develop Associate Trainers; travel as needed.
