Job Title: Associate Technical Trainer (Telecom / Data Center)

Pay Rate: $35.00/Hr. - $39/Hr. on W2

Shift: Standard Day Shift

About the Role

• We are seeking an Associate Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on training in telecom and data center technologies.
• This is a highly delivery-focused role, where you will spend most of your time conducting classroom and lab-based training sessions for employees.
• You will work closely with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leadership to ensure effective learning and successful training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions (classroom + hands-on labs)
• Facilitate employee onboarding and skill development programs
• Provide guidance and support to learners to ensure understanding
• Track trainee progress and maintain training records and reports
• Assist in reviewing and improving training materials
• Coordinate training schedules, equipment, and classroom setup
• Support training needs assessment and program improvements
• Stay updated on data center and telecom technologies
• Collaborate with trainers, managers, and stakeholders
• Travel occasionally as required

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in telecom, data center, electrical, or related technical field
• Experience in training, mentoring, or leading teams (formal or informal)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to obtain BICSI or similar telecom certifications
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Experience in data center operations, cabling, or low-voltage systems
• Prior experience as a trainer or instructor
