Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, forecasts, implements and resources for telephony and contact centers.
• Integrates architectures, topologies, hardware, software, links and protocols.
• Monitors system health and tunes performance for improvements.
• Develops processes, automation, monitoring and deployment tools.
• Defines problems clearly and delivers integrated business-technical solutions.
• Leads architecture design and engineering with data systems involvement.
• Evaluates new products, resolves issues, documents technical standards.
