Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate tower technicians and crew on construction, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Act as on-site lead and communicate with stakeholders.
• Oversee installation, grounding, testing, and system optimization of towers.
• Ensure site closeout documentation and upload to customer platforms.
• Maintain daily paperwork and safety compliance.
