Job summary

WOOD Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME Level 3 to lead deep technical signal analysis across RF and digital domains.

Responsibilities include defining system requirements, training teams, and supporting outreach to grow the user community while ensuring compliance of TechSIGINT applications. The role requires extensive experience in signals analysis, ELINT/COMINT, and working with legacy tools and programs.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree or two years with an Associate’s degree.
• Eight years with a Bachelor's degree or six years with a Master’s degree.
• Degree fields: Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical field; military training programs may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Capture and refine system requirements to align stakeholder needs with development.
• Perform user and group training, and develop training materials.
• Grow the product user community through outreach activities.
• Develop and execute requirements, test plans, and training for compliance of TechSIGINT apps.
• Work with legacy TechSIGINT applications (MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, ESP).
