Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs is a growing defense-focused firm seeking a Sr. TechSIGINT SME 3 to support national security programs in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires onsite work, TS/SCI with Polygraph, and extensive experience in signals intelligence and government environments.

You will translate requirements into actionable solutions, collaborate across teams, ensure contract security compliance, and contribute to training, testing, and processes to improve mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degrees and years of experience align with DoD/program requirements.
• Background in signals analysis or related technical field is preferred.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Capture and refine system requirements to align stakeholder needs with development.
• Perform user and group training and develop training materials.
• Participate in outreach to grow the product user community.
• Develop and execute requirements, test plans, and training for compliance of TechSIGINT applications.
• Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications.
• Independently complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Communicate information clearly and professionally.
• Exercise independent judgment in selecting methods and practices.
• Train new team members.
• Handle non-routine and complex assignments.
• Build networks with key contacts to complete tasks.
• Explain technical information to non-experts.
