Erias Ventures, LLC. seeks a Senior Analyst to join our mission-focused team.

The role requires deep TechSIGINT analysis experience across multiple domains and hands-on collaboration with software development, systems engineering, and test teams to refine requirements and build mission-ready applications. Applicants should hold a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and have a strong history with legacy SIGINT tools while contributing to training, outreach, and high-quality software delivery

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications or CS may substitute for four years of experience.
• Experience capturing and refining system requirements to align stakeholder needs with development priorities.
• Experience leading training and development of training materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software development, systems engineering and test teams to refine requirements and provide SME insights.
• Design and test applications; provide feedback to ensure high-quality software delivery to users.
• Lead outreach activities to grow the product user community and support training initiatives.
