Job summary

Jovian Concepts, LLC is seeking a Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME Level 3 for the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

The role requires a current TS/SCI clearance with MD polygraph and deep technical understanding of signal characteristics used in processing, collection, and retention of signals. The ideal candidate will refine system requirements, train teams, build user communities, and ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications, with extensive experience in signals analysis

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with MD Polygraph is required.
• Ten years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree, eight years with a Bachelor's, or six years with a Master's.
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or related field.
• Relevant experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT or PROFORMA) or design/engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to train others and develop training materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical information to non-experts.
• Experience refining requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Capture and refine system requirements to align stakeholder needs with development activities.
• Perform user and group training, and develop training materials.
• Participate in outreach activities to grow the product user community.
• Provide services in the development and execution of requirements, test plans, and training for compliance of TechSIGINT applications.
• Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications.
• Independently complete assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervision.
• Communicate information clearly, concisely and professionally.
• Train new team members.
• Explain technical, procedural, specialized, and legal information to non-experts.
• Build and utilize collaborative networks with key contacts within and outside of the organization.
