Riverstone Enterprise Solutions, LLC seeks a Principal TechSIGINT Analyst SME 3 to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The role focuses on providing specialist SIGINT analysis, shaping application design, and leading senior-level outreach and training efforts.

The candidate will collaborate across software and systems teams, capture requirements, and ensure high-quality software delivery while leveraging legacy TechSIGINT applications. Active clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of TechSIGINT analysis experience required.
• Experience with ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software, systems engineering, and test teams to provide signals analysis and SME input.
• Design feedback and test developed applications; guide ongoing development.
• Capture and refine system requirements to align stakeholder needs with priorities.
• Lead user and group training; assist in developing training materials.
• Drive outreach to grow the product user community.
• Develop and execute requirements, test plans, and training to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Experience with legacy TechSIGINT apps such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, ESP.

We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Principal TechSIGINT Analyst SME 3 to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The TechSIGINT Analyst will work closely with the software development, systems engineering, and test team to provide signals analysis and subject matter expertise as the team refines and builds applications to enable mission.
• Provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.
• Shall have experience in the capture and refinement of system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development priorities.
• Shall have experience performing user and group training as well as assisting in the development of training materials.
• Shall have experience leading outreach activities to grow the product user community.
• Shall have experience in the development and execution; requirernents, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of highquality software to the user community.
• Shall have experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE , REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• The Sr. TechSIGINT SME shall have at least 15 years of

TechSIGINT analysis experience in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields. Additional four years of experience may be substituted for a degree

Clearance Requirements:

• Active TSSCI with Polygraph
