Riverstone Enterprise Solutions, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our hybrid team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain software to support data analysis and content presentation, working with state-of-the-art tools.

The ideal candidate has 14+ years of engineering experience, proficiency in Java, Python, or C++, plus PostgreSQL, AWS, and Git. You will contribute to secure, mission-focused systems and collaborate in an Agile environment.

• Experience developing software using Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience using Git for source code management and version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that support data analysis and content presentation capabilities.
• Build and enhance tools that enable users to view, organize, and interact with complex datasets in meaningful ways.
• Develop parsers and processing components that transform raw data into structured, userfriendly formats.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects while ensuring system reliability and performance.

• Incorporate user feedback and evolving requirements into ongoing product enhancements.

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This is Hybrid position.

REQUIRED SKILLS

14+ years of professional engineering experience.

Experience developing software using one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, or C++.

• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience using Git for source code management and version control.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

• Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
