Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience with 5+ years in Medicare Advantage and related regulations.
• Experience managing projects and implementations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with teamwork.
• Strong execution, planning, problem solving and communication.
• Proven ability to create and maintain project plans.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Experience working with vendors and external partners.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing operations for assigned Medicare Advantage programs.
• Develop, maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and resource needs.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to align benefits, design, and member experience.
• Monitor program performance, member access, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and support audits and inquiries.
• Make informed decisions and prioritize work across multiple programs.
• Foster collaboration and coordinate with departments and leadership.
• Support bid-related activities including data entry, validation, and quality assurance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
