Job summary

Changeis, Inc. seeks a Senior Technology Transfer & Communications Analyst in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, onsite five days a week, to support federal programs with planning, analysis, documentation and outreach.

You will manage CRADAs, track metrics for reporting, administer royalties, and develop technical and strategic communications for diverse audiences, coordinating with stakeholders and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a qualifying major.
• Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of aviation programs, issues, and terminology.
• Working knowledge of AP and GPO style.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to handle sensitive agreement and royalty documentation.
• Occasional travel to workshops, symposiums, conferences, and exhibits.

Job description

Location: Onsite – Egg Harbor Township, NJ, five days per week.

The Senior Technology Transfer & Communications Analyst will provide program planning, analysis, documentation, and communications support for a federal program, with primary responsibilities supporting technology transfer, communications, and outreach activities.

The role includes managing Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), tracking program metrics for federal reporting, administering royalty payments, and delivering outreach and training to internal and external stakeholders. The analyst will also develop, edit, and finalize technical and strategic communications products for a variety of audiences.
