Astrion in Seattle, WA, seeks a Program Analyst II to support the FAA – PSS Contract. This full‑time, in-office role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, with travel limited as needed.

You will provide administrative and program support for FAA projects, maintain rosters, calendars, and travel authorizations, coordinate mail and meeting logistics, review funding balances, and assist with data collection, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • US citizenship required to obtain security clearance.
  • High school degree or higher.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a support/analytical role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new concepts and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and program support for FAA projects and teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of rosters, phone lists, recall rosters, and calendars.
  • Distribute updated rosters and materials to team members as directed by leadership.
  • Coordinate mail distribution, reproduction center operations, and express mail services.
  • Assist with offsite meeting planning, including conference room scheduling.
  • Maintain KSN for group/team.
  • Support coordination of team travel in the E2 travel system, including review of travel authorizations and vouchers.
  • Provide support to Fund Certification Officers by collecting data, conducting research, and identifying problems.
  • Apply understanding of various modules (CWP, Delphi, PRISM, PCARD, REGIS, US Bank) to project funds.
  • Review project status and funding balances.
  • Review and support labor reclassification to correct project and asset assignments.
  • Provide support to FCO for project funds reconciliation.
  • Review US Bank purchase card transactions, attach documents, and reallocate line items.
  • Review PRISM PCARD TPCs and PCAs.
  • Provide travel arrangements for managers, timekeeping, and related forms.
  • Manage records and office supplies; maintain workspace organization.
  • Prepare cubicles for new employees and assist with recurring office cleanup. Be in-office only.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Provide support to Fund Certification Officers (FCO) by collecting data/information, conducting research, and identifying problems.
  • Apply understanding of CWP, Delphi, PRISM, PCARD module, REGIS, US Bank Purchase Card, and E2 to project funds.
  • Review project status and funding balances.
  • Review and support labor reclassification to correct project and asset assignments.
  • Provide support to FCO for project funds reconciliation.
  • Review US Bank purchase card transactions, attach documents, add comments, and reallocate each line item.
  • Review PRISM PCARD TPCs and PCAs.
  • Provide travel arrangement for managers, timekeeping, preparing and filling out forms (PDFs), lines of accounting, packaging and shipping (FedEx, UPS, USPS), asset management (personal property).
  • Manage records and office supplies.
  • General office and workspace organization. Includes preparing cubicles for new employees and recurring office clean-up event.
  • Be able to work completely in-office, no telework available.
