Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT required; 3+ years of workplace IT experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a financial institution is strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance IT infrastructure within the department and other lines of business.
• Provide help desk support to internal and external clients.
• Support vendor management and technology-related vendors, including escalation and communication.
