Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Sr. Risk Operations Analyst to join the Integrated Risk Management team in Irvine, CA. You will support the CISO organization by operating and improving core risk processes, maintaining the technology control library, and ensuring policy conformance.

You will own risk data integrity, dashboards, and executive reporting while partnering with security, technology, and business teams to drive remediation and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technology Risk, Cyber Risk, GRC, or IT Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF/800-53, ISO 27001, CIS; able to produce executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve core Risk Operations processes and control libraries.
• Lead Technology Risk Assessments, Issue Management, and Exception Management.
• Develop risk dashboards, reporting, and KRIs for leadership and risk committees.
• Collaborate with Customers, Legal, and Exec Leaders to drive remediation.
