Peraton's State & Local Government sector is seeking a Senior Technology Program Manager for Project Delivery in San Diego, CA responsible for leading the execution and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary enterprise IT solutions for the County of San Diego (CoSD). This highly visible, customer-facing role oversees project delivery activities across application development, architecture, infrastructure, business analysis, and project management teams, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate is a strategic and data driven leader who excels in fast-paced environments, brings strong program and project management acumen, and demonstrates a proven ability to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
