Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact technology projects, aligning business goals with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and deliver executive-level project health reports. The candidate brings strong PM and stakeholder skills with knowledge of production tech, networking basics, infrastructure, and varied system environments, including a robust Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale technology and operations projects in financial services.
• 5+ years’ Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of front, middle, and back-office financial operations and regulatory environments.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite, Power BI, JIRA/Confluence, and workflow automation tools.
• Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including generative AI, automation, and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex technology projects from planning through production.
• Align business, technology, and vendor teams around priorities and decisions.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budgets, risk, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain portfolio-level visibility with dashboards and executive summaries.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365, including Power Platform tools, as well as generative AI for collaboration and reporting.
