Job summary

Prairie Consulting Services seeks a Senior Technology Lead/IT Manager to drive global operations and commercial technology initiatives on an onsite basis with travel. You will lead software, data, cloud, and support teams across worldwide functions, aligning technology with business outcomes and customer value.

The role reports to executive leadership and offers a substantial base salary plus annual incentive, relocation assistance where applicable, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Direct Hire | $180K–$190K Base Salary + Annual Incentive | 100% Onsite and 25% travel

We’re partnering with a well-established global industrial organization to identify an accomplished Senior Technology Manager/Lead to lead a high-impact technology organization supporting global operations, commercial business functions, and customer-facing solutions.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success leading enterprise application development and technology delivery within a large, global organization.
• Experience managing diverse technical teams and complex, business-critical technology operations.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect technology strategy to revenue, financial performance, and customer outcomes.
• Experience overseeing global support operations, service-level commitments, and customer-facing technology services.
• Strong executive communication, financial management, vendor management, and strategic planning skills.
• Sufficient technical depth to guide engineering and architecture teams without being a hands‑on developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• $180K–$190K target base salary
• 20% target annual incentive, with potential to reach 40% through incentive multipliers
