Job summary

TeamWork seeks a Senior Solution Delivery Lead / Technology Project Manager for our Boston/Seaport portfolio. You will independently drive complex technology initiatives across the full SDLC, coordinating intake, requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment in collaboration with stakeholders, security teams, and vendors.

The role requires senior, hands-on delivery with a background in regulated pharma or life sciences environments, plus PMP and CSM certifications.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in technology project management, IT solution delivery, or program management.
• Strong technical delivery background across the full SDLC.
• Delivery experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Jira, vendor management, testing, governance, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects across the full SDLC from intake to go-live.
• Ensure SDLC phase deliverables are met before advancing phases.
• Document business, functional, and system requirements with traceability.
• Partner on solution design with stakeholders, architects, security, and vendors.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and weekly status reports.
