You will support IT, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and other programs, develop templates, assess risk, and help advance technology commercialization.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and ongoing legal education.
• Active Maryland Bar membership or eligibility to practice in Maryland or Florida.
• Ten years of related or relevant experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex technology, SaaS, and IaaS agreements.
• Providing legal support for technology commercialization initiatives and procurement.
• Overseeing copyright, trademark and intellectual property matters.
• Advising clients on regulatory, licensure, anti-kickback and related issues.
