Qualifications

• Experience with Technology Change Management policies, procedures, processes, and controls.
• Experience with ITSM processes and interdependencies (Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge).
• Certifications in ITIL, Tech Risk, Cyber Security, or AI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes Line of Business risk management strategy and oversees the execution of the risk management programs.
• Ensures risk management strategies are established, maintained and aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Oversees execution of the risk management program across lines of business and provides consultation to stakeholders.
• Provides risk expertise while collaborating with Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit and other risk partners.
• Leads cross-functional teams and drives process improvement initiatives.
