Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Technologist in Jersey City to architect a high-performance risk analytics platform. You will ingest, process, and serve petabytes of risk data, enabling fast insights for front office and risk quants.

You will build data pipelines with Spark, create intelligent data APIs, and embed NLP to simplify analytics for senior stakeholders across Markets and Risk. A strong CS foundation and risk-domain familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field.
• Expert-level Spark experience and OLAP DB knowledge.
• Strong programming and SQL skills; AI-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable data pipelines for billions of PV calculations.
• Develop high-performance aggregation with Spark and deliver APIs.
• Incorporate NLP for intuitive data exploration and dashboards.
