Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare is seeking an experienced IS&T Analyst to coordinate consultations with internal customers, analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for the PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AM, AP, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Contracting). Under limited supervision, you will design, develop and maintain corporate applications and provide end-user support.

Remote work with occasional on-site visits based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience in IT/IS disciplines.
• AA or Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define business, functional, and interface requirements.
• Process service requests from customer requirements.
• Develop workflow charts and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process changes.
• Prepare technical reports and summaries of trends.
• Implement, test, and deploy solutions to business problems.
• Coordinate project plans and monitor performance.
• Provide on-call support as scheduled.
