Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience on Rolls-Royce M250 Series II/IV, RR300, or similar engines.
• Deep knowledge of turbine engine disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting and reassembly.
• Strong FAA compliance, airworthiness and turbine engine documentation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble M250 II/IV and RR300 engines.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Record work per FAA and company requirements.
• Ensure parts meet airworthiness and serviceability standards.
• Use OEM manuals and engineering drawings to guide procedures.
• Assist in engine testing and performance validation.
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate with QA/Engineering.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure housekeeping and safety standards.
