Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure that SLAs and KPI as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded.
• Supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and other internal support groups.
• Responsible for daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, profitability.
• Performs a variety of financial activities including forecasting, allocations, adjustments and creating annual business plans to meet business unit and corporate initiatives.
• Responsible for retaining and strengthening customer relationships which may include face to face customer service.
• Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operation.
