Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 3 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• License in a related trade and a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle report and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure safety and proper functionality of facilities and equipment.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and document maintenance activities.
• Oversee projects and mentor less-experienced staff.
• Coordinate with contractors, manage budgets, and track parts and invoices.
