Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals.
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance following schedules and safety guidelines.
• Repairs and oversees work of others, determining scopes of work.
• Trains a Developmental Technician and provides hands-on instruction.
• Manages work orders, parts, inventory, and budget information.
