Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Strong writing, researching, and creating content
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools e.g., MadCap Flare, FrameMaker
• Familiarity with markup languages (HTML, XML)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• TS/SCI w/Poly

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, leads, SMEs, engineers, and developers to gather technical details
• Conduct independent research on industry standards and product specifications
• Create user manuals, instruction guides, FAQs, whitepapers, design specifications, and technical reports
• Organize content to follow customer templates and program needs
• Develop templates and documentation frameworks for consistency
• Document management and version control using Confluence, SharePoint, and other tools
• Adapt writing style and complexity for target audiences
• Ensure compliance with standards and requirements
• Coordinate with product managers, developers, QA, and support teams to align docs with product updates
