Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly qualified information/documentation professional to transform data into actionable charts and reports. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, the ability to digest complex drawings and specifications, and to support program operations tasks as needed.

Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience and a active DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience; a Master’s degree with 3 years applicable experience or 12 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Active DOD Security Clearance.
• Experience with XML, Arbor text and/or SGML.
• Possess the skill and ability to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience with understanding complex engineering drawings, specifications, and system description documents.
• Experience with facilitating/supporting review boards.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into charts, reports and information that drive critical decision making, information sharing and production improvements.
• Frequent collaboration with internal company personnel and tracking metrics.
• Attend technical meetings to capture discussion in minutes or other documentation.
• Support Program Operations tasking, as assigned.
