You will develop high-quality user manuals, guides, and specifications, collaborating with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to translate complex software into clear, end-user documentation.

The role emphasizes writing for software products, with strong MadCap Flare experience and a focus on product usability.

Qualificações

Demonstrated professional experience as a Technical Writer, preferably supporting software or technology products.
Strong hands-on experience with MadCap Flare and MadCap Central.
Experience creating and maintaining software/product documentation.
Ability to translate complex software functionality for a non-technical audience.

Responsabilidades

Lead interviews and information sessions with subject matter experts.
Create, update, review, and maintain technical documentation for software products.
Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to understand new features and functionality.
Translate complex product functionality into clear, concise documentation.
Develop documentation supporting upcoming software releases.
Take ownership of documentation projects from conception through completion.
Ensure consistency with established writing standards and style guidelines.
