The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple documentation assignments with accelerated deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong technical writing, editing, proofreading, and document-development skills.
• Experience applying templates, style guides, and branding requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with technical SME’s, program managers, analysts, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops, edits, and maintains technical documentation for government and stakeholder audiences.
• Writes and edits reports, memos, white papers, and executive communications.
• Translates complex content into concise products for senior leaders and varied audiences.
• Applies DHS/CISA templates, style guides, and document-control standards.
• Performs substantive and copy editing for clarity and accuracy.
• Uses Word, Acrobat, Drupal to produce Section 508-compliant deliverables.
• Captures meeting discussions and technical findings in notes, including classified settings when needed.
• Maintains production logs and meets government deadlines.
