Job summary

Ops Tech Alliance seeks a Data Analyst / Technical Writer to analyze technical and program information and turn it into clear, usable content. The role emphasizes technical documentation, data presentation, and translating complex material into reports, guides, and graphics for a national security customer.

The position requires on-site work within 50 miles of McLean, VA and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph. Salary range is $80,000–$110,000 annually, contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with US citizenship and CI polygraph requirement.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, formatting, and document-production skills.
• Education/experience mix must meet one of the stated options and be within the last 15 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical, program, and data-related information to create clear reports, presentations, guides, and documentation.
• Write, review, revise, and maintain technical articles, manuals, reports, brochures, and other informational products.
• Translate technical concepts into understandable business language for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop white papers, executive summaries, talking points, memoranda, briefings, and presentation materials.
• Produce data definitions, data-flow documentation, and other data-related reference materials.
• Support documentation for software engineering, systems engineering, testing, hardware, and end users.
