Job summary

Saliense is seeking a technical writer to deliver high-quality meeting notes for both unclassified and classified settings, supporting ~500 meetings annually with careful documentation and security compliance.

The role involves developing charters, bylaws, and governance documents, plus producing research summaries and policy analyses for leadership. A TS/SCI clearance is required and a strong command of editing tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical writing services for DHS/CISA governance contexts.
• Strong writing skills to capture discussions in classified settings while following security rules.
• Ability to support ~500 meetings per year, including materials prep and notetaking.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy papers, memoranda, white papers, and issue analyses for leadership.
• Edit committee reports to ensure clarity, accuracy, and 508-compliant deliverables.
• Produce templates and deliverables using Word, Acrobat, and Drupal.
