Job summary

Saliense is seeking a Technical Writer to support the development and help desk teams, proactively managing timelines and meeting deadlines. You will collaborate with developers, the help desk, clients, and subject matter experts to translate complex requirements into clear, concise documentation for a diverse audience.

You will develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and other communications while ensuring adherence to style guides and keeping materials up-to-date.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Active Public Trust Clearance
• On-Site 1-2 Days Per Week

Responsibilities

• Drafts, edits, and maintains a repository of security policies, procedures, guidelines, handbooks, and best practices.
• Proactively manages timelines and meets all deadlines.
• Collaborates daily and participates in team level document reviews and revisions.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
• Translates complex requirement concepts into clear and concise language for a diverse audience (technical and non-technical).
• Ensures documentation is well-organized, easy to navigate, and adheres to style guides.
• Develops and maintains user guides, training materials, and other communication pieces related to security policies.
• Keeps existing policies up-to-date and is responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining policies as regulations change.
