Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on senior software engineering experience.
• Expertise in agentic AI systems and LLM‑based agents.
• Strong foundations in architecture design, CI/CD, and platform development.
• Experience as a senior technical contributor setting technical direction.
• Executive‑level communication to CTOs and risk committees.
• Familiarity with regulated domains in financial services is a plus.
• Active engagement in the engineering community (open source/public presence) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology vision and architecture strategy across S&P DJI's full technology stack.
• Pilot emerging technologies, guiding strategic technology investments beyond hype.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Platform, Quality Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Establish measurable outcomes and evaluation frameworks for new capabilities with risk/compliance alignment.
• Build technical capability through patterns, coaching, and credible influence.
