Radwell International is seeking a Senior Technician - Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead hands-on repair work and mentor teammates at our Willingboro facility. You will perform advanced electronics and electro-mechanical repairs, act as a technical resource, and help shape best practices within the production team.

Qualifications
- Five+ years of bench repair experience in your product area.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in industrial electronics or industrial controls repair.
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities with a passion for developing others.
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Must provide personal tools as specified by the hiring manager.
Responsibilities
- Perform bench-level electronic and electro-mechanical repairs using advanced troubleshooting and soldering techniques.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within your designated product area and mentor technicians.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new technicians.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve repair quality and department performance.
- Contribute to process development and work instruction within your area of expertise.
