Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to oversee the Training and Compliance department in the First Aid and Safety division at assigned location(s). You will lead and develop the team of Training and Compliance Instructors, recruit, onboard and train staff, and focus on growing our classroom training business.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, experience in recruiting and training, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma/GED with a bachelor’s degree
