Job summary

Southern California Edison seeks a Technical Training Senior Specialist to design and deliver experiential trainings for diverse audiences, from linemen to engineers and customer service reps. You will develop learning solutions, lead instructional design efforts, and ensure high-quality materials aligned with department goals.

The role is hybrid in California, with on-site days at an SCE facility and some remote work.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in supporting technical training learning initiatives.
• Strong instructional design and graphic design capabilities.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Articulate Storyline.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technical trainings across solutions areas and technologies.
• Designs and ensures quality of training materials.
• Plans development of training solutions to meet outcomes.
• Monitors learner outcomes and learning objectives.
• Supports program implementation and collaborates with stakeholders.
• Provides guidance to junior team members and documents curriculum.
