Qualifications

• 8–10 years hands-on experience in Underground Telecommunications Field Operations.
• OSHA 10/30 or higher certs in safety.
• Ability to train diverse adult groups in multiple sites and modes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, technically accurate training materials for various environments.
• Instruct technicians on industry best practices and company standards for underground work.
• Assess competency via exams and on-site evaluations with remediation as needed.
• Deliver multi-modal training (classroom, labs, field) on trenching, conduit, cable, splicing, and equipment.
• Coordinate logistics across locations to meet training schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of sessions, attendance, and certifications via mobile/remote platforms.
• Collaborate with Training and Field Ops on skill gaps and compliance status.
• Uphold OSHA safety regulations and perform on-site safety audits during training.
