Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Underground Telecommunications Field Operations.
• Experience designing and delivering training for field technicians across multiple sites.
• Certification in OSHA safety (e.g., OSHA 10/30) or equivalent.
• Ability to travel domestically 65–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and development of engaging training materials adaptable for various environments.
• Instruct technicians on best practices and company standards for underground utilities.
• Assess competency via exams and practical evaluations with on-site remediation.
• Deliver multi-modal training (classroom, labs, field) on underground plant tasks.
• Coordinate training logistics with local site management across locations.
• Adapt delivery methods to meet local operational needs and crew availability.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and certifications.
• Collaborate with Training and Field Operations management to report findings and compliance status.
