Job summary

Fives is seeking an experienced Training Programs Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and maintain technical training for internal staff and external customers focused on machine tool systems. You will translate SME knowledge into standardized content, troubleshoot resources, and practical learning tools to enable safe installation, operation, maintenance, and service of Fives equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering technical training.
• Ability to translate SME knowledge into standardized materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in classroom, lab, shop floor, and on-site environments.
• Develop and maintain training materials including manuals, guides, and job aids.
• Provide hands-on instruction for installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machine tools.
• Support competency validation, assessments, and certification processes.
• Deliver train-the-trainer materials to ensure instructor consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and applications teams to ensure accuracy.
