Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to join the People team at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. You will identify training needs for the Stennis Test Team, build content, and run in-person and virtual sessions, while managing attendance and ensuring compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of technical training experience, familiarity with LMS and Storyline/Articulate tools, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training (aerospace maintenance or manufacturing preferred).
• Demonstrated experience as collaborative but analytical, goal-oriented team player.
• Familiarity with training platforms and tools (LMS, Content authoring tools, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify Stennis Test Teams Learning Needs: Collaborate and partner directly with various internal subject matter experts to identify learning needs related to tasks and processes within the Stennis Test Team.
• Represent the Talent Development Team: Develop learning content and programs for the Stennis Test Teams in line with Relativity Space standards; leverage existing content where applicable.
• Own Stennis Test Learning Experience: Develop, facilitate, and manage in-person and virtual training sessions; schedule, prepare materials, track attendance, and improve via feedback.
• Leverage the Learning Management System: Ensure Stennis Test programs are captured and attendance/compliance records are maintained.
• Continuously Improve Stennis Test Learning Experience: Monitor, evaluate, and improve training content and sessions; report findings to stakeholders and leadership; drive scalability and automation.
• Engage External Partners and Vendors: Leverage external experts for specialized resources or programs to support the Stennis Test Team and Relativity Space.
